A critical factor is every project design and implementation is communication (Culo & Skendrovic, 2010). Some projects have failed in times past due to miscommunication and communication gaps (James, 2015). In project management, every stakeholder wants to be communicated with in a different way from the beginning through to the project life cycle (Solera, 2009). To create understanding in the minds of people, communication is key. Communication involves an organized and uninterrupted procedure of telling, listening and understanding (Allen, 2009).
